Video playerThe number one accessible video player

In order to offer an accessible video, the video player must meet a number of accessibility requirements. For example, it must be easy to operate with all supporting software. Our accessible video player meets all of these requirements. You can obtain the player from us free of charge and then easily implement it on your own website.

The video player will look as follows:

At the bottom right, you can activate audio description by clicking on the “AD" button. Subsequently, a synthetic voice from Readspeaker will describe what is shown in the video during the natural pauses in foreground audio, when nobody is speaking.

If you click on the “CC” button, subtitles will be displayed.

Below the video, you will find the option to expand the text alternative, which offers all information contained in the video in written form.

Download the player

The video player can easily be placed on your own website. The accessibility files that you download from can be added at the proper position by inserting a short code fragment. This makes every video accessible, regardless of the device used to view it.

After completing the form below, you will receive a link to the code needed to place the video player on our website, along with detailed instructions.

Does your website include videos that play via YouTube or VIMEO? Then our VIMEO or YouTube widget is an excellent solution to do this in an accessible way.
