People who are blind or visually impaired use screen readers to read information on a website. A voice then reads the texts that can be seen.

Nowadays in social media we use a lot of # with a text behind it. If that is one word, for example #accessible, then the screen readers can read it just fine.
But sometimes we write a sentence after the #, like #Helpus, and a screen reader finds that complicated. The computer sees it as one word and the screen reader reads it that way, making it sometimes unintelligible.

To ensure that the text is read correctly, you can start each word in the sentence with a capital letter. The screen reader then recognizes it as separate words and reads the sentence neatly. Then it looks like this:
